At Roam With Ross, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our guides and content. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any orders, whether digital or physical.
Digital Guides
All digital products, including downloadable guides and exclusive subscriber content, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once delivered, access cannot be revoked, so we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Physical Guides
Our physical guides are custom-made to order, which means each one is printed specifically for you. As such, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for physical products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue, and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
